SHAIKH TRADES — REFUND POLICY Effective Date: June 2026 Operator: Yusuf Shaikh, Ontario, Canada This Refund Policy governs all purchases of Shaikh Trades memberships, subscriptions, and related digital access. It is incorporated into and should be read together with the Terms of Service (Version 8.0) and End User License Agreement. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full. 1. POLICY SUMMARY 1.1 Shaikh Trades sells immediate digital access to educational content, community channels, tools, and membership benefits. 1.2 Because access is delivered instantly upon successful payment, all sales are final once payment is made and access is granted. Cancellation stops future billing only. 1.3 No refunds, partial refunds, prorated credits, billing extensions, or make-good access periods are offered except where non-waivable consumer protection law requires otherwise. 2. ABSOLUTE NO REFUND RULE 2.1 No refunds are issued under any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to: - Dissatisfaction with content, community, or format - Failure to use or log into the Service - Forgotten cancellation before a renewal charge - Trading losses or financial outcomes - Discord account issues caused by user error or third-party platform restrictions - Incompatibility with your devices, broker, or software - Change of mind after purchase - Removal from the community for violation of Terms or community rules 2.2 Once membership access is activated — including Discord role assignment, content access, or tool entitlement — the sale is complete and non-refundable. 2.3 This no-refund rule applies equally to monthly plans, annual plans, promotional pricing, Founding Member pricing, and any special offers unless expressly stated otherwise in writing at checkout. 3. DIGITAL ACCESS DELIVERED IMMEDIATELY 3.1 Upon successful payment, digital access is provisioned automatically or within a short operational window through Discord roles, website access, and/or tool authorization. 3.2 Digital goods and instantly delivered services cannot be "returned" in the same manner as physical merchandise. 3.3 By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital access and acknowledge that this immediate delivery affects any statutory withdrawal rights only to the extent permitted by applicable law. 3.4 Receipt of welcome communications, billing confirmation, and Discord access constitutes delivery of the purchased Service. 4. CANCELLATION 4.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal linked in your receipt or account management page. 4.2 Cancellation stops future billing only. You will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise terminated for breach. 4.3 Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or discount for the current billing cycle or any unused portion thereof. 4.4 If you cancel near a renewal date, you are responsible for ensuring cancellation is completed before the next charge processes. We are not obligated to refund renewal charges resulting from late cancellation. 5. NO CREDITS OR EXTENSIONS 5.1 Shaikh Trades does not issue account credits, free months, trial extensions, or compensatory access for service interruptions, schedule changes, content updates, or personal circumstances. 5.2 Promotional entitlements, if any, are described at enrollment and do not create ongoing refund or credit obligations. 5.3 Downgrades, upgrades, or plan changes do not generate retroactive credits unless explicitly offered at checkout. 6. ANNUAL PLANS 6.1 Annual memberships are billed in advance for a twelve (12) month term. 6.2 All sales are final once payment is made and access is granted. Cancellation stops future billing only. 6.3 Cancelling an annual plan prevents renewal at the end of the term but does not refund any portion of the prepaid annual fee. 6.4 Early termination of access due to breach does not entitle the Member to a refund of prepaid fees. 7. FOUNDING MEMBER AND PROMOTIONAL PRICING 7.1 Limited-time or Founding Member pricing is offered at the Operator's discretion and is subject to the same no-refund policy as standard pricing. 7.2 Promotional rates lock only according to the terms displayed at signup. Loss of promotional status due to cancellation and re-enrollment does not create a refund entitlement. 8. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES 8.1 Filing a chargeback, payment reversal, or bank dispute after access has been granted is treated as a breach of the Terms of Service and this Refund Policy. 8.2 Instead of initiating a chargeback, contact ysfalishaikh@gmail.com for billing clarification before purchase or for account issues after purchase. Refund requests after access has been granted will not be approved except where required by applicable law. 8.3 If a chargeback is filed, Shaikh Trades may submit evidence of service delivery to the payment processor, including: - Checkout records and acceptance of Terms - Subscription activation timestamps - Discord role assignment logs - Access and authentication records - Email confirmations and support correspondence 8.4 Successful or attempted chargebacks may result in immediate revocation of access, permanent ban from the Service, and pursuit of amounts owed plus applicable fees. 9. BILLING ERRORS 9.1 If you believe you were charged in clear error (such as a duplicate charge for the same billing period), contact ysfalishaikh@gmail.com promptly with transaction details. 9.2 Verified duplicate charges or confirmed processing errors will be corrected through reversal or adjustment at our discretion. This section does not create a general refund right for standard subscription charges. 9.3 You must raise billing error claims within a reasonable time after the charge appears on your statement. 10. TERMINATION FOR CAUSE 10.1 If your access is suspended or terminated due to violation of the Terms of Service, EULA, community rules, confidentiality obligations, or fraud prevention policies, no refund is owed for any unused portion of your subscription. 10.2 This includes termination related to unauthorized sharing, resale, recording, or redistribution of paid content. 11. THIRD-PARTY FEES 11.1 Shaikh Trades is not responsible for fees charged by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, currency conversion costs, or third-party platforms. 11.2 Such fees are not refundable by Shaikh Trades. 12. STATUTORY RIGHTS 12.1 Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection legislation. 12.2 Where mandatory law provides a non-waivable refund or cancellation right, Shaikh Trades will comply to the minimum extent required. Otherwise, this Policy applies in full. 13.
