• Discord ID and Discord username for authentication and role assignment.
• Email address for account communication and receipts.
• Payment status and subscription metadata via Stripe.
• Access logs, IP addresses, and device data for security and fraud prevention.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to provide, maintain, and secure the service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

• Granting and revoking Discord access based on subscription status.
• Processing payments and managing billing through Stripe.
• Sending transactional emails such as welcome and billing notices.
• Investigating abuse, unauthorized sharing, and chargeback fraud.

Third-Party Processors

We use Discord for community access, Stripe for payment processing, and Supabase for account storage. Each processor handles data under its own privacy policy and applicable agreements.

Data Retention

Account and billing records are retained as required for legal, tax, accounting, and dispute defence purposes, including chargeback evidence and fraud investigations.
