Refund Policy

Absolute No Refund Rule

All sales are final once payment is made and access is granted. Digital access is delivered immediately upon successful payment. This applies to all plans including monthly, weekly, founding member, and inner circle tiers.

What Does Not Qualify for a Refund

The following circumstances do not create a refund entitlement:

• Cancellation of an active subscription.
• Non-use or failure to log in.
• Dissatisfaction with content or community.
• Failure to profit or trading losses.
• Changed personal or financial circumstances.
• Technical issues on your device or network.
• Disagreement with educational opinions or strategies.

Cancellation

Cancellation stops future billing only. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access is treated as a breach of the Terms of Service. Shaikh Trades will submit evidence including access logs, Discord role assignment, login records, and content delivery timestamps to contest all chargebacks.

No Credits or Extensions

No service credits, billing extensions, or partial refunds are issued for downtime, missed live sessions, schedule conflicts, or any other reason.
