These Terms of Service (Version 8.0) govern your access to Shaikh Trades, an educational membership service operated by Yusuf Shaikh in Ontario, Canada (formerly Shaikh Options). By purchasing a membership or accessing the service, you agree to these terms in full.
Nothing in the Service is financial advice, investment advice, securities advice, or options advice. Content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not tailored to your financial situation.
No advisory, fiduciary, broker-dealer, or investment adviser relationship is created. The Provider does not manage your account, place trades, or make decisions on your behalf.
The Subscriber makes all trading decisions independently. You are solely responsible for evaluating information and for any trading outcomes.
Options can expire worthless and may cause loss of the entire premium paid. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person.
All sales are final once payment is made and access is granted. Cancellation stops future billing only. No refund is owed for dissatisfaction, non-use, or trading losses.
Membership includes access to private Discord channels tied to your account. Sharing access, reselling roles, harassment, spam, or unauthorized recording may result in immediate termination without refund.
All content remains the property of Shaikh Trades. You receive a limited personal license during active membership. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute any content.
All paid content is confidential. You may not disclose, screenshot for redistribution, or publish community materials. Confidentiality obligations survive cancellation.
Chargebacks after access is granted are treated as a breach. The Provider may submit access logs, Discord activity, IP records, and payment evidence to contest disputes and pursue recovery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shaikh Trades is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect damages, or reliance on educational content. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.
